How much does delivery cost?

We offer two choices for delivery, depending on how quickly you need your order. Our deliveries are made by Evri.

2 Day Delivery - Free over £50 spend, otherwise £2.99
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery - £6.99 over £50 spend, otherwise £9.99 See full terms

Delivery to Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey or Isle of Man is £4.99 or free over a £50 spend.

All deliveries are trackable, you will receive a tracking number when your order ships.

How do I track my delivery?

Which courier do you use for delivery?

We take our choice of courier very seriously. We shop online ourselves and know how important delivery is; it can make or break your experience.

We use Evri for delivery, they provide a great service at a reasonable cost, helping us keep our prices as low as possible.

How is my order shipped?

We deliberately use the minimum amount of packaging possible to help reduce our impact on the environment.

Our packaging is strong & durable and ensures that your car cleaning products arrive in great condition, every time.

Please note we ship some orders in clear packaging and the contents of the package are visible when delivered.

Our "Small" Print

We don't want you to have to go searching in our terms & conditions for the important bits that matter, so here they are:

All imagery is to be used for indication only, unfortunately colours may vary depending on the setup and calibration of your screen. Trim colours & embroidery colours vary slightly.
Our coin images show the depth of the carpet, for the tighter weave carpets (e.g. Super, Executive & Elite) the coin has been pushed down with a weight before the photo has been taken.
Embroidered products may not be returned for a refund. This excludes defective products, these can be returned for a refund during the warranty period.
Our 12 month warranty only covers manufacturing defects, it doesn't cover issues due to excessive use or wear.
All our mats come with a discreet CarMats.co.uk tag sewn into the driver's mat, this is positioned to ensure the tag should not be visible whilst you are sitting in the vehicle. For boot mats these will be positioned against one edge.
