I am very pleased with the customer service I received from CarMats. I had to get them to remake the passenger side mat of my 2025 C3 because the one I received as part of my pack of 4 mats did not fit. They responded very positively to my request. I sent them a template of the required size and shape of the mat and they sent me a corrected version within 2 weeks at no further cost. I would recommend customers pay the couple of extra quid's insurance to cover the possibility of a mat(s) not fitting. Mine was a very new model of car so the fact it did not fit was forgiveable. I am very pleased with the quality of my mats - they represent good vfm and look great in my car.
